Born in Providence, Rhode Island
Attended Saint Peter Catholic School, Warwick RI
Attended Pilgrim High School, Warwick RI
Enlisted in US Army and worked as a Culinary Specialist
Attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York
European Culinary Apprenticeship with Omni International Hotels in Atlanta, Georgia and Miami, Florida

Executive Chef of several restaurants and hotels in Connecticut for the next ten years.

Moved to Palm Beach County Florida for the next twelve years and worked as an Executive Chef and also in the Wholesale Seafood Industry.

Became a Parishioner at Saint Paul of the Cross Church on Singer Island.
Worked with Childrens Liturgy Programs, taught Sixth Grade CCD and also Confirmation for ten years.

Began to receive regular Spiritual Direction and also began to contemplate the Permanent Diaconate.

Worked as a volunteer at Cafe Joshua in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Cafe Joshua is a Restaurant that has a full time Executive Chef whose goal is to restore the dignity that the homeless have had taken away from them.

Moved to Baltimore in 2000 and became the Executive Chef of the Johns Hopkins Medical Center in East Baltimore.

Also have worked as Director of Food and Nutrition Services at St. Joseph Hospital and at George Washington University Hospital in Washington D.C.

Became a Parishioner at Saint Ignatuis Church on Calvert Street in Baltimore City.

Completed the Church Leadership Institute before being accepted into the Permanent Deacon program of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

Was assigned to Saint Joseph Hospital as a Chaplain trainee, was assigned to Saint Pius X for my year of Pastoral Training.

Worked for two years for the Archdiocese of Baltimore office of Hispanic Ministry.

Ordained as a Permanent Deacon in 2007, by Cardinal William Keeler
And was assigned to the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Towson.

Work as a Chaplain at GBMC and also at the Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson.
